The Christmas Singing – A Review

I have read several of Cindy Woodsmall’s books by now – and this newest one THE CHRISTMAS SINGING did not disappoint!  Cindy writes great Amish fiction that isn’t TOO stereotypcial … I like that!  Her plots are interesting and unexpected.
In this book – another one in Ada’s House series – independent Maddie, an Amish girl twarted in love, is happily running her own bakery when disaster sends her back to her parents’ home – and where her former beloved is working.  Though she has found a new love, he doesn’t seem to quite meet up to the man who broke her heart so seemingly cruelly.  However, Maddie starts finding out the truth … and well, you just have to read the book to find out what Maddie ends up doing!
This book was a quick, pleasant read … perfect for the holidays, but perfect for any time as well.
I received this book from Waterbrook Multmonah for the purpose of review, and the opinions given are my own.
